As well as being Odin's birthstone (October), opals are by far my favourite stone for jewellery making. And what is so special about these opals is that they come straight from the mine, cut and polished by the miners themselves and sent straight to me. So you can find comfort knowing that these opals are not only ethical, but are purchased from an independant small business in Australia.
 
A delicate pastel blue tear drop set in sterling silver against a new style of band! It's a nice thick hammered square band, hope you like it!
